Good news students! The art galleries are opening again in Perth from Saturday 6th June.
I'm hoping you think about going to AGWA* to see the year 12 work from last year. Very cool work that will inspire and amaze.
*AGWA is the Art Gallery of Western Australia and is right next to the central Perth City train station.

TASK 3 Draw like me!
Charcoal has been my medium for the past three months. We have manufactured willow charcoal at school, but I prefer to use what I find in my own fireplace or the bush. I even mix dirt with water to make brown/orange paints.
What I draw is mainly landscapes, but it is entirely up to you what your subject matter is. You can draw from photographs, observation or imagination. Ask yourself what is charcoal good for? This will lead to the best results. You have 3 weeks.
